Summer is here and we all want to keep our bodies soft and hydrated, but slathering on those thick body creams we use during the cold winter months can be too much. Not to mention when you start sweating later and end up feeling all greasy and sticky.

 

Try using lighter products like lotions, milks, or gel moisturizers. Look for lotions with Water, Aloe Vera, Jojoba, Almond Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Shea Butter, Vitamins A, C and E. Of course if you’re going to be out in the sun don’t forget the SPF, look for products with ingredients Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide.
